PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

Everglades Corporate Center

The project involves a mixed-use development in the City of Sunrise, Florida. The project includes analysis of Sawgrass Expressway, Sunrise Boulevard and other roads, modifications to Sunrise Boulevard, Sawgrass Expressway ramps, and new signal modifications. The design also included bike lanes and sidewalks.

Boca Village

The project involves several parcels of retail, commercial and offices developed in two phases located in the City of Boca Raton, Florida. The project included design of new roads with over one-mile of roadway, pedestrian facilities, bike lanes, and a scenic bike path between two canals. The project involved extensive coordination with several agencies including modifications along Yamato Road. The project also included analysis and design of transit buses for the site and the adjacent sites.

Highlands County Projects

This work included several parcels located in Highlands County, Florida. The work involved traffic impact analysis of several projects and three studies were conducted analyzing most of the County. The work involved extensive coordination with DCA, Highlands County, local Cities, several attorneys and clients.

Mt. Sinai Medical Center

The project involves the Mt. Sinai Medical Center located in the City of Miami Beach, Florida. The project involved traffic impact analysis for the proposed changes, parking analysis for the existing and proposed uses, master parking analysis, and impact of development on adjacent intersections and I-195.
