REJCE has the experience necessary to take
a project from initial conceptual planning and
due diligence through final entitlement approval.
We successfully work through complex approval
processes in South Florida counties and cities,
and have an excellent track record of development
entitlements in South Florida.
In addition to traditional entitlement planning,
REJCE staff members have the capability to design
communities, and have experience in subdivision
design, Planned Unit Developments, mixed-use development,
and master planning, in addition to nonresidential
development planning. We can evaluate a site for
highest and best use, study the costs and benefits
of annexation, and study opportunities for land
use plan amendment before proceeding with application
processes.

Municipal Planning
REJCE has over ten (10) years of experience in
municipal planning, including all phases of the
municipal plans review process, Current and Long-Range
Planning, Comprehensive Planning, Redevelopment
Planning, Historic Preservation Planning, and
Neighborhood Planning. Our team works directly
with City staff and leadership to produce results
that reflect the desire of the community, while
maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.
REJCE staff members have the experience necessary
to function as liaison between municipal leadership
and the developer/applicant on development approval
projects, and have routinely represented local
governments as planning staff in public hearings.
Each of our planners are AICP certified, and principal
planning staff are extensively involved in all
planning projects.
