PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Boca Village,
Boca Raton, FL - Phase 1 of a mixed-use development
including 57,835 square feet of office, 33,700
SF of retail, and 21,293 square feet of commercial
space, on 18.58 acres, along with a preserve for
trees and gopher tortoises. The project includes
an emphasis on bicycle and pedestrian movements,
with incorporation of a scenic bike trail and
connection to an adjacent Tri-Rail Station.
Everglades Corporate
Center, Sunrise, FL - This mixed
use project is located at the west end of Sunrise
Boulevard with only one access at the intersection
of the Sawgrass Expressway Southbound ramps and
Sunrise Boulevard. The proposed roadway improvements
include new intersection design of Sunrise Boulevard
and Sawgrass Expressways, major geometric changes
to Sunrise Boulevard, new ramps and modifications
to existing ramps. The design involved analysis
of existing and proposed traffic for signalized
intersection analysis, development of several
alternative plans, and coordination with Florida's
Turnpike, Broward County and Sunrise.
Lakeside Village
of Plantation, Plantation, FL
- A mixed use urban style development with an
office component, 45,000 square feet of retail,
and 398 residential units consisting of condominiums
and townhouses in a pedestrian friendly environment.
The entrance from Pine Island Road features a
proposed roundabout that serves the existing office
and the proposed development.
La Preserve, Fort
Lauderdale, FL - A 67 single-family
lot subdivision on 15 acres with a park including
a lake, bridge and gazebo. The site was a former
nursery and the design emphasized preservation
and relocation of 777 trees along with one-quarter
acre of wetland mitigation.
Parkland Estates,
Parkland, FL - A 35-lot subdivision on 20-acres
of land with common areas including a water feature,
park, jogging trail and gazebo.
Palace at Weston,
Weston, FL - A 55 and over gated community on
a 24-acre site with 329 condominium apartments
and 32 semi-attached villas with a clubhouse and
lake, located just northwest of the corner of
Weston Road and Emerald Park Circle.
Weston Commons,
Weston, FL - A 127,238 SF retail and commercial
development on 20 acres.
Weston Business
Center, Weston, FL - Distribution/assembly
development of 1.06 million SF on 68 acres (6
buildings).
Pompano Business
Center, Pompano, FL - Distribution/assembly
development of 1.85 million SF on 105 acres (16
buildings).
