Recent experience includes:

Weston Commons, Weston, FL. - A high-end retail and shopping center consisting of strip malls with major anchor retailers and numerous out parcel buildings including banks, restaurants and other national retail franchises.

Veranda at Plantation, Plantation, FL. - A full-scale mixed use development including a retail center, 6 story condominium tower, 8 story townhouse building and parking structure. Project design features include the re-configuration of an existing on-site lake and construction of a sea wall with an adjacent pedestrian promenade, and the relocation of numerous specimen trees and palms.

Aventura Hospital and Medical Center, Aventura, FL. - An extensive, phased expansion of hospital facilities including a new two-story physicians office building, 5-level parking garage, new central energy plant and re-design of the hospital entrance and main parking and circulation areas.

Miramar Centre Business Park, Miramar, FL. - A 77-acre business park consisting of 9 large-scale industrial / office buildings. Park is currently under construction, and includes roadways specifically designed for large vehicle access and circulation, and truck court parking and loading facilities.

The Watershed at Quantum Park, Boynton Beach, FL. - Development of a high-end medical treatment center. Project features include a 4-story residence building, auditorium and pool and fitness center. Additional landscape and outdoor amenities consisted of the design of a heavily-landscaped exercise course, 5-level tiered outdoor amphitheatre and a private courtyard with built-in seating, raised planters and water feature.

Parkland Estates, Parkland, FL. - Design and development of a 35-lot, high-end residential community. Project criteria included design of a full-scale gated entry with monument sign, planters and lighting, and development of a natural lake bank and littoral zone plantings.
